I want to share a wonderful meditation that helps to re-energize. It also helps to cleanse your body and beat the heat. A great meditation that you can do if you are very hot. I did this meditation when I was detoxing some weeks ago and it really does help!
Maybe the reason for so many having back problems is that we don´t move enough, exercising, walking or in another way move our body. Our job is more sitting still than it used to be. Lot of us is sitting in front of a screen all day long.

In the yogic tradition being sensitive and overwhelmed by people or environment around you is connected to the aura. The aura is the electromagnetic field that all living has around its physical body. It can expand around your body all from 25 cm or more up to 2,5 m (1 inch to 8 ft) or even more.
This is a breathing meditation that helps you to relax, calm down and also give you energy. It´s an exercise to do if you are stressed or anxious. It´s also good if you are depressed.

I´m standing in front of an audience. I´ve been asked to give a lecture about nutrition. I´m so nervous. This is the first time I´m giving a lecture about it. I´m so passionate about the subject and love helping people, but I was not prepared for this huge anxiety. I´m so hot, sweaty and shaky. I try to take a deep breath, the chest is tight. It´s time to start. I see the people in front of me, looking at me, waiting for me to begin.
I´ve had problems with headaches most of my life. I started having bad migraine at the age of 18, and since then I´ve suffered from different kind of headaches. For many years I´ve tried to figure out why I have them.

What I hear a lot from some of my yoga students, especially in the beginning, is that they find it difficult to come into the flow of the long deep breath.

Some of you have long working hours, hard jobs, giving all you can to your job and family. What is then left for you, I sometimes think.
Sometimes we can be very stressed. Me too. Things can be to overwhelming around you and you can feel that you are simply not enough. And when we are in this stress, the body activates the sympathetic nervous system (the fight and flight mode) and the muscles are tightening, the breathe becomes shallow and it feels like all the energy is up in the head.
