One of my strategies to get as much valuable nutrition as possible is to make smoothies. They are so simple to make and you can put so many yummie & healthy things in it. This smoothie has a lot of anti-oxidants, is anti-inflammatory and helps to strengthen your body. That´s why I call it the Super Smoothie.

Ingredients (1 portion)
1C Berries (blueberries, black currants, or other colorful berries)
1 Pear or Apple
1-2 C Leafy greens (spinach, rocket salad or other leafy or ½ tsp chlorella, spirulina or nettle powder
1 tbsp Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 tsp Coconut oil
2 tbsp Chia seeds, soaked in 4 tbsp water for 10 min or 2 tbsp hemp hearts
2 tbsp Rice protein (optional, if you need more protein. I use raw sprouted)
1-2 C Water
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy.
