This time of the year (In the northern hemisphere..) a warm soup is very nice. Honestly I´m not so fond of soups but this one is delicious and a favorite of mine. It is raw if you don´t add too hot water when you mix. You can also drink it cold if you like. For me it´s difficult to eat cold food during the cold winter here in Sweden so I heat the water, let it cool down to a temperature around 40 degrees C (104 F) Not boiling the soup will make a higher nutrition value.
Ingredients (1 Pers)
1. Boil the water and let it cool down.
2. Cut all the veggies in chunks.
3. Place all ingredients (exept the Miso) in a blender and mix until a smooth.
4. Add the Miso and continue mixing until it´s well blended.
5. Serve in your favorite bowl!
