Here in sweden we have some good substitues for whipped cram that is not dairy. But I prefer to make it myself so i know what I eat. This recipe is so easy! Try it!
Here is a pdf you can download with the recipe!
1 can with coconut cream, stored in the fridge over the night
¼ tsp vanilla powder, natural black
½ tsp maple syrup or other sweetener (optional)
Bring the can of chilled coconut milk out of the fridge. The milk should be separated: the coconut hard and separated from the water. Scoop out the coconut. Save the water for other cooking. Place the coconut in a bowl together with the other ingredients. Whisk the cream until it is whipped cream. Done! Use it for desserts!
