Hi! When I started my website a couple of years ago – Yoga for endometriosis & pelvic pain - my goal was to be able to help as many women as possible around the world. I hear women suffer so much all the time and I know that yoga and other alternative treatments can help you a lot with your health. I have been there myself, being helped with yoga, diet and other lifestyle changes.
This is my passion. Teaching yoga. I´ve been teaching for more than six years now and my work is in a constant flow and progress.
I´ve had a lot of time this summer to think. I´ve been thinking about you, what you need, how I want to work in the future with my website and how to make the best out of it and give you as much help as I can. I realized, that to be able to do that I need your help! I need to know what you need help with in your life, with your health and with your future dreams.
I have made a survey with questions for you, where I ask you what your problems are and what you need in your life. So I can continue to shoot free videos, write blog posts and create courses that is targeting your health concerns and other things in your life.
I would be super-grateful if you can take your time - it only takes 2-3 minutes - to answer 12 questions.
As a thank you, you´ll get access to a free video - A meditation for your endocrine system. This is a wonderful meditation that helps to balance the glandular system, that is so important for our health.
