Trying to find the answer to a problem or maybe don´t know what to do next?
The answer is always there inside you. Sit down comfortable in a silent place. Take some long deep breaths. What is your inner voice telling you? What is the feeling? Maybe it´s very silent so you need to listen very carefully, or maybe it´s shouting but you don´t listen to it. But still, it´s there, all you need to do is to take the time and tune in to your inner source of wisdom. Hugs

As a yoga teacher I use music in my yoga classes for several reasons. It helps you to relax and have a soothing affect on your mind. I find that music can be a big help to go deeper within yourself and get in touch with your emotions. When it comes to music we all have different tastes. Some prefer not having music, when practicing yoga. Some prefer one kind of music and others totally different. It depends on your taste of music of course. Here are my favorites:
