If you want a very sweet and at the same time a spicey dessert, that is very easy to make, this is the one. The figs are very sweet and a good replacement for unhealthy sweets and snacks and helps to increase the levels of serotonin in your body. The ginger is very good for the immune system and the digestion.
2 Pears, the core removed, and cut in slices
½-1 tsp Ginger. fresh, peeled and grated
4 Dried Figs, soaked in water for a couple of hours, remove water
1/8 tsp Cinnamon, ground
Put all the ingredients in a mixer. Process until smooth. Pour the compote in a dessert bowl or glass & enjoy!
