This must be the best broccoli soup ever! I´m not particulary fond of soups. But this soup! It blew my mind away! If you eat fish or shrimps you can add some fried instead of/ or together with the avocado cream.

Ingredients (1-2 portions)
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 head of broccoli, chopped
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1½-2 C veggie broth
½ C coconut milk
½ tsp salt
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lime juice
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Fry the onion and garlic in the oil until soft.
Add the rest of the ingredients except coconut milk.
Boil the broccoli until soft.
Take a hand mixer and blend until a smooth soup.
Then add the coconut milk and stir. Let boil for a minute.
Place all the ingredients in a small mixer and mix until smooth.
Serve the avocado cream in the soup.
